Shipping within The United States only (excludes Hawaii and Alaska)
Delivery: Omega, Alpha and Eden packages that include live fish must be shipped Next Day or 2nd Day Air. No other exceptions apply.
Orders placed Monday through Friday, after 1PM, will ship out the next business day.
All fish will have a 4-hour Live Arrival Guarantee (Please view Return and Refund Policy for details if requirements are met).
All online payments will be conducted on this website and this website alone.
At any time, we have the right to discontinue selling a product or products. All equipment and website display photos are for representation purposes only.

Terms of return for fish: 4-hour Live Arrival Guarantee. Deceased fish that have met the 4-hour Live Arrival Guarantee will be replaced with similar Betta dependent on current inventory available. Please email photos or video of deceased fish within the required 4-hour time-frame. No exceptions.
Equipment return process: 14 Day Return policy (excluding nano glass tanks). Any equipment found to be defective must be returned within the 14-Day return window to the address provided. Buyer to pay return costs with required tracking information.
Process for return: Please contact by email, text or view return instructions included.
Process of refund: Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be process within 3 business days.
